Rates

Out on the deckWEEKLY RATES: 2012 Rates for up to 4 people, $1100. Each additional person $135/week each, maximum 6 persons (children are counted).

DAILY RATES:2012 Rates, for up to 4 people, $225. Each additional person $25/night, minimum 3 nights, maximum 6 persons (children are counted).

2012 rates include mandatory 10% Bahamas Government tax.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required by personal check and mailed within seven days of the reservation. A receipt is sent and the balance is due in US cash or US traveler checks on arrival. Further payment information will be provided upon booking.
